How the process works
1 / Discovery call
We talk through your project, timeline, and investment to confirm that full service is the right match.
2 / Consultation & measurements
I visit your home to walk the spaces, take measurements, and discuss how you use each room.
3 / Design development
I create layouts, mood boards, and selections and then present a cohesive plan for your feedback and refinements.
4 / Procurement & coordination
With approvals in place, I handle ordering, track deliveries, and coordinate with trades and installers as needed.
5 / Installation & reveal*
Once everything is ready, we schedule installation and styling so your home comes together in a single, satisfying reveal.
6 / Wrap‑up
You receive your project reference file and any final notes, along with guidance for living in and maintaining your new spaces.
Cost - The design fee for a full service project starts at $5,000 and varies based on the unique scope. We also have material expenditure minimums based on the nature room (i.e. living room, office, bedroom, etc.).
*Please note: Duncan Design Studio provides interior design and consulting services and does not act as a general contractor or construction manager. We are not contractors. We work with subcontractors to oversee the “design” element of the project only, and we do not produce permitted construction documents.
